Overseeding is a budget-friendly way to get a great yard established. After only 3 short weeks you will see incredible results from our methods of aerating to loosen the soil, overseeding, fertilizing, and applying a 50/50 organic blended dirt topper.

Our program consists of various applications to care for existing weeds, protect your yard from new weed germination, and fertilization to promote the health of your yard. Included in our program is an aeration to loosen the soil to aid the strength of the root structure of your grass.

There are 4 different grades of grass: seed, uncertified sod, certified sod, and hybrid sod. We work with our client to offer solutions and determine the best option for their yard. Uncertified sod is basic grass with the potential of containing weeds and insects, more of a contractor’s grade. Certified sod is a contractor’s grade sod that is weed and insect free. Certified hybrid is a lab-genetic grass, it requires less water and is drought tolerant, requires less fertilizer, requires less sunlight and is a good option for shady areas.
